Getting Started

What is Noian?Noian is an AI-powered brand content studio. You describe your brand once, and Noian creates on-brand social posts and short videos, then schedules and publishes them to your connected accounts — with quality checks and your approval at every step.
Do I need design or video-editing skills?No. Noian writes the copy, generates the visuals, and produces the voiceover and subtitles automatically. Your job is simply to review, tweak if you like, and approve.
How quickly can I publish my first post?Most people connect an account, set up a brand profile, and approve their first AI-generated post within a few minutes.
Is there a free plan?Yes — you can start for free. Paid plans unlock more monthly content, premium video, additional languages, and more connected accounts.

Content & AI

What kinds of content can Noian create?Short-form videos, image posts, carousels, stories, and text posts — each one tailored to the platform it's going to, including the caption, hooks, and hashtags.
Does the AI write in my brand's voice?Yes. Your brand profile, tone of voice, and topics guide every draft, and a quality gate checks brand alignment and readability before anything reaches you.
What languages are supported?Noian generates voiceover and subtitles in many languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Turkish, and more. Available languages depend on your plan.
Where do the images and videos come from?They're either generated by our AI pipeline or drawn from licensed stock, depending on your settings. You control whether AI-generated imagery is used for your brand.
Can I edit content before it's published?Always. Every item is a draft you can edit, approve, or reject. Nothing is published without passing quality checks and — if you choose — your explicit approval.
Will you use my data to train AI models?No. Your brand data and content are used only to generate your own drafts. They are never used to train AI models, sold to third parties, or used for advertising.

Publishing & Autopilot

Which platforms can I publish to?Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, Threads, and Google Business Profile.
What is Autopilot?Autopilot is a quality-controlled publishing assistant that plans, creates, and — if you allow it — publishes content on a schedule you set. It is designed as a brand manager, not a bulk-posting tool.
Will Autopilot spam my accounts?No. Every workspace has configurable daily and weekly limits, enforced minimum intervals between posts, and backpressure controls that pause the queue when caps are reached. Content only becomes eligible to publish after passing the quality gate.
Can I approve posts before they go live?Yes. You can require explicit approval for every post, or use a timed review window that waits a set period so you can reject a post before it publishes. Autopilot can also be paused instantly at any time.
Can I schedule posts for specific times?Yes. You can schedule individual posts, or let Autopilot pick sensible times within the limits you've set.

Social Accounts

How do I connect a social account?From your Social Accounts settings, choose a platform and sign in through its official OAuth flow. Your password is entered on the platform's own site and is never shared with Noian.
Can I connect more than one account per platform?Yes. You can connect multiple accounts of the same platform — for example, two LinkedIn Pages or several Instagram accounts.
How many accounts can I connect?It depends on your plan — higher plans allow more connected accounts. You can add or remove accounts at any time from your settings.
Are my social logins secure?We store only the encrypted OAuth tokens issued by each platform (AES-256-GCM), never your passwords. Disconnecting an account deletes its stored token from our database immediately.

Plans & Billing

What plans do you offer?A free plan to get started, plus paid tiers that raise your monthly content, unlock premium video and all languages, and allow more connected accounts.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately and your monthly allowances adjust to the new plan.
What happens if I reach my monthly limit?Generation for that content type simply pauses until your next billing cycle — or until you upgrade. Nothing breaks, and your published content is unaffected.
How do I cancel?You can cancel any time from your account billing settings. You keep access to your plan until the end of the current billing period.

Privacy & Security

Is my data safe?Yes. All data travels over HTTPS/TLS, sensitive tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Database access is restricted to internal services only.
Can I delete all of my data?Yes. Deleting your account immediately and automatically removes your profile, workspaces, content, media, and every connected-account token — no manual request required.
Do you sell my data?Never. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. You can read the full details in our Privacy Policy.
