These terms govern your use of the Noian platform. Noian is a quality-first publishing tool — not a bulk posting service. Please read Section 07 on Autopilot and anti-spam policy carefully before enabling automated publishing.

By accessing or using Noian ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Noian is a topic-first social media management platform. It helps you generate content ideas, evaluate their quality, and publish to connected social accounts — always under your control. AI assistance is used to suggest draft content based on your brand profile and topic settings. Noian does not autonomously publish anything without a quality evaluation and, where configured, your explicit approval.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that any team members you invite to your workspace are aware of and agree to these Terms.
By connecting a social media account, you authorise Noian to publish content to that account on your behalf and to fetch basic analytics data. This authorisation is limited strictly to the actions you configure — Noian will not post outside the content plans and policies you define.
You may disconnect any account at any time from your Social Accounts settings page, which immediately revokes our stored access token. You can also revoke access directly from each platform's own settings at any time.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of connected accounts complies with the terms of service of each respective platform.
Noian uses AI to suggest draft content ideas based on your brand profile and topics. This is an assistive tool — not an autonomous publisher. The following principles govern how it operates:
• AI output is a starting point, not a finished product. Every draft is presented to you for review before it can be published. • You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and taking ownership of any content before it is published to your social accounts. • Noian does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, legal compliance, or platform suitability of AI-generated drafts. We provide quality scoring to assist your review — not to replace it. • Your brand profile and topic descriptions are used to generate your content only. This data is not used to train AI models or shared with third parties for any other purpose.
Every draft generated by Noian passes through a multi-factor quality gate before it is surfaced to you or considered for publishing. The quality gate evaluates:
• Brand consistency — does the content reflect your brand tone and guidelines? • Readability and substance — is the content coherent, useful, and appropriate for the intended platform and format? • Risk signals — does the content contain banned phrases, excessive external links, or patterns associated with low-quality or misleading content? • Cost and frequency — does publishing this item stay within your configured budget and daily posting limits?
Content that does not meet the quality threshold is held for manual review or suppressed. Quality scores and the full reasoning behind each decision are recorded in your Autopilot Decision Log. You can review, adjust, and override quality policies at any time through your Autopilot Policy settings.
Noian's Autopilot feature is a quality-controlled publishing assistant. It is explicitly designed to prevent misuse as a bulk or spam posting tool. By enabling Autopilot, you agree to the following safeguards and restrictions:
• Posting frequency limits: every workspace enforces configurable daily and weekly post caps. The system enforces these through backpressure controls — when a cap is reached, the queue halts automatically. • Mandatory quality gate: no content can be auto-published without first passing the quality evaluation. Content flagged as ineligible is routed to your review queue. • User approval: by default, uncertain or borderline quality decisions are routed to manual review. You must explicitly enable the "timed auto-publish" fallback if you want ineligible content to auto-publish after a review window — and even then, you retain the ability to reject it during that window. • Review window: when timed review is enabled, Noian waits a configurable period before publishing, giving you time to intervene. This is not a bypass of approval — it is a delayed approval. • Instant pause: Autopilot can be paused instantly. No new content is scheduled or published while paused. • Platform-safe spacing: our worker enforces minimum intervals between posts on each platform to ensure your publishing cadence is never classified as automated spam.
Violating these terms by attempting to circumvent rate controls, quality gates, or using the platform to publish spam, misleading content, or content that violates the terms of any connected platform will result in immediate account suspension.
You agree not to use Noian to publish content that is:
• Illegal, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive • Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or repetitive low-value content designed to inflate engagement metrics artificially • Misleading, deceptive, or in violation of any applicable advertising standards • In violation of the terms of service of any connected social media platform • Designed to circumvent or abuse the platform's quality, rate, or cost controls
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion. Accounts suspended for abuse are not eligible for refunds.
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through Noian. By using the Service, you grant Noian a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You are fully and solely responsible for every piece of content published from your account, whether created manually, edited from an AI draft, or published via Autopilot. "Published via Autopilot" does not transfer or reduce your responsibility as the account holder. Always review your Autopilot policies, quality thresholds, and topic settings to ensure they reflect the content standards you want to uphold.
We do not use your content to train AI models.
Certain features of Noian — including AI content generation and automated publishing — consume credits from your workspace wallet. Credits are deducted per action as described in your plan details. Credit costs are checked before each action; if your wallet has insufficient credits, the action will not proceed.
Credits purchased are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Unused credits may carry over as described in your plan, but are forfeited upon account deletion.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Noian is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including issues with content published to third-party platforms, engagement outcomes, account actions taken by third-party platforms, loss of data, or service interruptions.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings, which immediately and permanently deletes all your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections covering content ownership, limitation of liability, and acceptable use survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice within the app.
